she's gone

Hanley and the top brass at Hanley, Inc. went to LA last weekend, and I was charged with looking after things while they were away. I used the long weekend as an excuse to be out of pocket and touch a computer as little as possible. I highly recommend it. However, as a result I missed out on an email letting me know that a Scout's Honor dog escaped last Wednesday and is lost in Houston. If you live in the area, here's the info, and please pass it on to your friends. Thank you.

Scribbles is a 3-4 month old lab/pointer mix and weighs 15lbs, despite her picture making her appear bigger. She went missing Wednesday, August 4th around 7 PM in the 800 block of Lamonte between Sue Barnett & Golf in the Garden Oaks neighborhood. She is a gorgeous red head with pretty green eyes. She was just rescued from BARC a few days ago and was wearing a fluorescent green collar and tags. She is also micro-chipped. She was just spayed on Monday and will have a fresh spay scar. She also has an eye infection in the left eye and needs meds. This baby was petrified at the shelter which is why we got her. She squeezed through the gate right in front of her foster parents and took off running and was gone. Scribbles doesn't respond to her name yet, nor is she familiar with her neighborhood. She is really scared. She's just a baby and very sweet. Please, help us find her! If you see Scribbles or have any information about her whereabouts, please contact info@scoutshonor.org.
