i will follow
On the day of my eighteenth birthday my father took me to our town's municipal offices and explained to me that the greatest gift I could ever receive is the right to vote in a free election. He said, "I have a feeling that you're not going to follow my footsteps and serve our country in the Navy. And that's fine, because the greatest way you can serve our country is by being a registered voter and vote on Election Day."
