I haven't had much to mention in my LJ of late, which is why I haven't posted since last week. Becky's sister is visiting so we've been playing many games of cards. Which means I've been losing many games of cards, and that's not something that makes me want to run to the laptop and blog.

Another reason I haven't posted is that I pruned a few of the trees that grow on the south lawn of The Compound. I really got into it. Literally. I was like a monkey, climbing trees with a hand saw and thinning branches that block sunlight. If only we had a wood-chipper. I had to cut everything up by hand afterward and, as a result, my hands were quite jacked up. I had blisters on one side of my hands, scrapes on the other, and my muscles were cramped for days. Again, not something that makes me want to run to the laptop. I didn't even want to masturbate. That's saying something. Maybe too much something, but whatever.

Now it's raining and Rex is whining at the door, because it's open and the screen door makes everything too accessible. At least the trees aren't whining.
